Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Do not use if you are epileptic.

Use instructions
Use as needed up to three times per day. To regain lost energy levels, use for three weeks, two to three times per day. Apply on wrists or, for best results, to the middle of the back, on the adrenal glands area. Rub in gently.

Inhalation technique: Apply a small amount of the product on the palms of your hands, bring your hands to your face and make a tent over your nose and mouth, close your eyes and gently inhale the aromas of the essential oils. Exhale and repeat once or twice. This technique is highly effective.
